Welcome to Issue 4 of Stellar Woman Magazine

The New Year is here and we’re all blessed to be here and to get a fresh start. No matter where you’re today or where you left off with 2021, you can now draw a new line and set new goals, intentions, word of the year and resolutions or challenges to build you to the person you would like to become and have what you desire and thrive. Whatever it is that you focus your mind on, it is important that it makes meaning to you, that it inspires you and creates a drive to achieve, grow, serve and thrive.

Stellar Woman magazine is here to ensure that all women thrive by spreading thriving women’s stories, knowledge and experiences across the globe so that other women can be inspired, take action and thrive. We cover mind and body, money and business, fashion and beauty and share impactful stories.

This is issue 4! Issue 4 is about goal setting. The importance of goals has been accentuated by all women interviewed and all expert contributors. If you’re going to succeed and thrive; you need to set clear and motivating goals that are going to be your compass towards your vision.  It is a great honour to interview so many thriving women who have a high drive for growth and need to serve and support other women. I feel privileged to tap into this breadth and depth of knowledge and to be able to share it with the world.

Our cover woman is Kate Hancock – the pivot queen. An exceptionally successful business woman with multiple multimillion companies, with a high desire to empower others. She got me thinking about the need to set big goals even if you don’t know how to get there. How she managed to set up one of the top hotels in Philippines from scratch remotely is unbelievable. She leaves you with a key challenge, which is to surrounding yourself with likeminded people and protect the energy around you whilst pursuing your goals.

Justice Lydia Mugambe’s interview is what we all need today. Her key message was the need for presence in everything that you do, the need to focus and cut out any noise that doesn’t serve or help you in achieving your goals. Tara Geraghty’s story is unforgettable. She, like all other stellar women, swears by courage, tenacity,  gratitude and prayer in order to thrive.

If you’ve been looking for a new approach to goal setting, why not read Tara’s interview? It is action based.  If you’re one of those still wondering whether to jump ship and change career, read Steph Shinabery’s story. I am sure you will be inspired and act.

If health is your key area this year, improve your capacity to thrive on a running track or in nature by reading Christine Neal’s article or tap into yoga exercise videos provided by FitnessinFifteen club.

Remember that goal setting is just the start; success requires new you with new levels of energy, focus, discipline, commitment, courage and a positive mindset.

Don’t forget to share your experiences with us.

To your success in 2022 and beyond. Smash those goals and thrive.
