Gabrielle Shaw set up her firm to focus on reputation management for brands in 1997. Her award-winning agency has since worked closely with clients, often as lead global comms adviser, for boards, private family offices and entrepreneurs. Innovation is crucial, she says, as is insight into true business value and global consumer temperament.‘We are at a crossroads where most of our clients are re-thinking what is important and what legacy they will leave,’ she says.Gabrielle Shaw Communications helps luxury companies grow, scale and position themselves as innovative global thought leaders through its proprietary Brand Desire Framework. Coming out of lockdown, the agency has significantly grown its fashion, tech, wellness and sustainability practices and its established luxury practice has helped a number of clients with Series A preparedness.
